By accessing, browsing, or using SFYKEA services, mobile applications, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CARAN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd., the operator of SFYKEA (Trademark No. 651150).
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
SFYKEA provides on-demand, door-to-door washing and cleaning services for vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other applicable vehicles.
Services include but are not limited to: exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, detailing, and specialized cleaning treatments.
Service availability, pricing, and offerings may vary based on location, vehicle type, service package selected, and current promotions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.
Service delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, and service provider availability.
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.
You may not transfer your account to another person or entity without our prior written consent.
You agree to provide valid payment information and keep it up to date.
Service bookings can be made through our mobile application, website, or by contacting customer support.
When booking, you must provide accurate vehicle details, service requirements, location information, and preferred time slot.
Booking confirmation is subject to service provider availability and will be confirmed via email, SMS, or app notification.
We strive to accommodate your preferred time slot but cannot guarantee exact timing due to operational factors.
You are responsible for ensuring access to the vehicle and service location at the scheduled time.
Cancellations: You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service cost.
No-Show: Failure to be present or provide vehicle access at the scheduled time may result in a full service charge.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booking up to 4 hours before service time without charge, subject to availability.
Service Provider Cancellations: If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis with rescheduling or refund options provided.
All service fees are displayed in the app before booking confirmation. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed before or upon service completion through approved payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or cash.
Prices may vary based on vehicle size, service type, location, time of day, and current promotions or surge pricing during peak demand.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will apply to future bookings, not confirmed bookings.
Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on-site, special cleaning requirements, or excessive dirt/damage requiring extra time.
All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card information.
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, including unauthorized use until you notify us of such use.
Quality Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for services not rendered, severe service quality issues, or billing errors, at our sole discretion.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds: In cases of partial service completion or minor quality issues, partial refunds or service credits may be offered.
No refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction without documented quality issues or for services refused after commencement.
To request a refund, contact support@sfykea.com with your booking details, photos if applicable, and a detailed description of the issue.
You agree to provide a safe, accessible location for service delivery with adequate water supply and power if required.
You must ensure your vehicle is in serviceable condition and disclose any damage, defects, or special conditions before service.
You are responsible for removing valuable items from the vehicle before service. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
You must treat service providers with respect and courtesy. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior will result in immediate account termination.
You may not use our services for illegal purposes, to cause harm, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may not attempt to circumvent our platform to book services directly with providers, which would violate our terms.
False or fraudulent bookings, chargebacks without valid reason, or abuse of promotions may result in account suspension and legal action.
You may not use our platform to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code or viruses;
(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts; (e) Engage in fraudulent activities or payment manipulation;
(f) Post false reviews or manipulate ratings; (g) Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or service providers;
(h) Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platform; (i) Resell or commercial exploitation of our services without authorization;
(j) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform or services.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by CARAN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. or licensed to us.
SFYKEA (Trademark No. 651150) is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written consent.
User-generated content (reviews, photos) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with these terms.
SFYKEA operates as a platform connecting users with independent service providers. Service providers are not employees of SFYKEA.
We conduct background checks and training for service providers but do not guarantee their performance or actions.
While we strive to maintain high standards, service quality and provider conduct are ultimately the responsibility of individual providers.
You acknowledge that SFYKEA acts as an intermediary and is not directly providing the washing services.
Feedback and ratings help us maintain quality standards. We encourage honest reviews of your service experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFYKEA and CARAN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) use or inability to use our services;
(b) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (c) Statements or conduct of third parties or service providers;
(d) Service delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions; (e) Vehicle damage caused by service providers, beyond our platform facilitation role.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SFYKEA, CARAN Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd., and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses.
This includes legal fees arising from: (a) your use or misuse of our services; (b) violation of these terms; (c) violation of any rights of third parties;
(d) Your conduct in connection with the services; (e) Any content you submit or transmit through our platform.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at admin@sfykea.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of notification.
If informal resolution fails, you may pursue claims through binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable under Pakistani law.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
Material changes will be notified through email, app notifications, or prominent notice on our platform at least 15 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using our services and may close your account.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the bottom of this page.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through account settings in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to our business, users, or service providers.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account closure.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, strikes, power failures, or internet service disruptions.
In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure circumstance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by authorized representatives of SFYKEA.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and SFYKEA.
This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and us.
